We will not sell, rent, or give away any of the personal information you provide us.
Warm weather shipping policies
We do ship our chocolate pretzels year round, and we want to ensure that your purchase arrives in good condition. During the warmer months (April thru September) we will pack your pretzels with a cold gel pack - shipping and handling charges shown at checkout includes a $2 charge for a gel pack which is reusable. During these months we can only guarantee USPS Priority Mail to the folowing city and states, MD, NJ, VA, DE, Washington DC, New York City, PA. Orders must be shipped by USPS Express mail to all other locations.
Note: We cannot guarantee the condition of your shipment if you choose not to use the recommended shipping method.
Most orders placed Monday-Wednesday are shipped the day they are received, or within 1-2 days based on availability. To maintain their quality, our chocolate pretzels should not be enroute longer than three days, from the time they leave our shop until they reach their recipient. Any orders received later than noon on Wednesdays may be postponed for shipping until the following Monday (depending on destination and shipping method chosen) to avoid having them sit at a USPS hub over the weekend.
To ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute packaging, but rest assured it will be of the same quality.
USPS Shipping Rates
We chose USPS as our delivery method because it is less expensive for the customer and just as reliable as UPS. Once your order is shipped, USPS Express Mail takes one day for you to receive it. USPS Priority Mail takes 2-5 depending on where you live in the country. Ordering and shipping within the Maryland area takes one day enroute with Priority Mail.
Shipping Delays
Though USPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on time delivery, such as extreme weather situations, national emergencies, etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible.
Delivery Locations
When shipping to a company, office building, or apartment building, you must include a suite number, floor or apartment number. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Always ship to a location where you know the recipient will be available to receive the package at their home or work place. Otherwise, it will be left by the front door until someone returns home. Keep in mind our pretzels are perishable and should not be exposed to extreme hot weather.
Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Also, we do not take orders for destinations outside the Continental United States or International orders at this time.
Holiday Shipping
Please allow an extra 36 to 48hrs. processing time when placing orders during a holiday week.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel an order, please call or e-mail us right away. Be sure to include your name, person receiving gift and order number. A 5-10% cancellation fee may apply. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

All sales are final.
